Cheri goes above and beyond in fact finishing the closing, which was not easy, while on her vacation. The offer we had was quick and fair. Her expertise is so vast we needed junk removal done. We needed repairs workman found. This was not an easy close with the first Buyer dropping out and the tenant being "Very Difficult", but Cheri took it all in stride with professionalism and a calm attitude. Nothing seems to let her lose her cool. Well done and I highly recommend!
